Description
Many midwives have limited access to ongoing training in the latest clinical guidelines, such as management of hypertensive disorders, postpartum hemorrhage and mental health screening in perinatal care. Midwives often encounter barriers in collaborating effectively with physicians, nurses, doulas and other professionals due to unclear role definitions and lack of standardized communication pathways. The lecture sessions will provide midwives with up-to-date evidence, guidelines and emerging research in a structured, efficient way. They create a shared knowledge foundation for all participants and simulate interprofessional interactions with nurses, physicians and doulas.
