This conference has already taken place.
Description
This is a 7-Night Southern Caribbean Cruise Conference, from Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire and St. Maarten. Round-trip San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Occupational/Environmental Medicine in Primary Care is very different from Cardiology or Neurology in terms of the role of the primary care physician. Because there are so few trained Occupational Medicine Physicians almost all Occupational Medicine is actually practiced by Primary Care Physicians (often without even knowing the specialty exists). Primary Care doctors are contracted by an industry to take care of factory worker, etc. and most American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine members are not Occupational Medicine trained.
