Description
With the advancement of Molecular Cytogenetics and FISH it is very important to understand complex rearrangements and structural abnormalities that are extremely important in the diagnosis of hematological maligancies and cancer. In the present century we still rely on conventional cytogenetics but it is very important to know what to do when there are complex rearrangements in a specific malignancy.
