Objectives

Discuss the evolution of physician well-being initiatives in meeting physicians' needs over time.

Discuss how humanism practices can lead to improved coping skills, processing, and present awareness in our personal and professional lives.

Demonstrate examples of physician wellness programs that may be working to guide those wanting to start them in their chapters/organizations.

Demonstrate how embracing vulnerability and self-compassion is important for creating a community of physician well-being.

Address strategies for empowerment and advocacy within our communities—to promote feeling valued, seen, and heard in our workplaces and beyond.

Maintenance of Certification
