Objectives
1. Gain comparative knowledge about and critique different approaches to the study of potentially traumatic life events (PTE's).
2. Apply knowledge of divergent response patterns to clinical practice or in mental health settings.
3. Distinguish different types of predictors of trauma outcome and gain knowledge of their role in healthy adjustment to aversive life events.
