Objectives

Organ Preservation in Rectal Adenocarcinoma: Lessons Learned from OPRA Trial

1. Review the neoadjuvant treatment options in patient with rectal cancer.
2. Understand the prognostic value and implications for treatment of tumor response to neoadjuvant therapy in rectal cancer.
3. Discuss the clinical tumor regrowth in rectal cancer patients with an initial clinical complete response and offered watch and wait.
