Objectives

William Leatherwood:

1. Understand shoulder instability.

2. Review algorithm for treating shoulder instability

3. Explore newer concepts in bony glenoid support

John Kennedy:   

1.Discuss updated concepts and literature on proximal humerus fracture management. 

2.Explore tips and tricks for successful open reduction internal fixation of proximal humerus fractures.

3.Discuss surgical factors associated with fixation failure.

Dmitriy Butsenko:

1.  Identify different types of motivation and what provides an optimal learning environment
2.  Assess personal attributes that influence behaviors
3.  Learn how to assign and attain tangible goals
