- Discuss the normal male breast growth and development and understand the general physiologic principles of disease in which breast abnormalities may be but one manifestation.
- Describe the etiology of gynecomastia.

- Discuss the normal embryology of breast growth and pubertal development.
- Discuss the physiologic consequences of developmental chest wall deformities.
