Objectives

1.  Learn about recent data supporting the efficacy of muscarinic acetylcholine receptor agonists and positive allosteric modulators for treatment of schizophrenia.

2.  Understand the mechanistic underpinnings and roles of specific muscarinic receptor subtypes in efficacy in reducing different symptoms in schizophrenia patients.
