Objectives

1. Describe the elements of a full model, adherant DBT program.

2. Describe the barriers to implementation of DBT in community clinical practice settings.

3. Discuss the evidence from the literature on the efficacy and effectiveness of program offering selected elements of DBT in isolation (e.g., skills training alone, skill training via app, individual therapy alone etc).

4. Identify potential future directions for increasing access to DBT across clinical practice settings
