Objectives
1. Participants will be able to describe measurement-based care including core components based on the Collect, Share, Act model.
2. Participants will be able to identify free and low cost standardized and individualized measures appropriate for measurement-based care with children and adolescents.
3. Participants will be able to list at least three (3) reasons why measurement-based care is an evidence-based practice for student and caregiver engagement and outcomes in school and community settings.
