We will be discussing a 72-year-old female with left-sided weakness

Objectives

    Localize the lesion in a patient presenting with unilateral weakness using history and neurologic examination.
    Differentiate ischemic stroke subtypes using imaging and clinical features to guide acute treatment decisions.
    Outline acute management and secondary prevention strategies, including when to involve neurosurgery team.
