Objectives
Localize leg weakness to a vascular territory, recognizing patterns suggestive of anterior cerebral artery or other stroke syndromes.
Identify vascular causes of isolated or predominant leg weakness, including ischemic stroke and less common etiologies such as spinal cord infarction.
Outline acute stroke evaluation and management, including appropriate imaging, reperfusion considerations, and secondary stroke prevention strategies.
