Description
OB/GYN Grand Rounds topics are presented by experts in their fields and are selected as highly relevant and important to the development of a current base of medical knowledge necessary to maintain a high level of care. These presentations are intended to introduce residents, faculty and affiliated community physicians to the most current and accepted approaches to the discipline of Obstetrics and Gynecology including medical problem solving, surgical skills and new techniques in diagnosis and treatment.

Objectives
1) Describe recent migration trends and demographic changes affecting obstetric care in the United States.
2) Recognize barriers to prenatal and obstetric care experienced by uninsured migrant populations.
3) Analyze the role of health equity and culturally responsive care in improving maternal outcomes.
4) Identify key components needed to build sustainable systems of care for underserved pregnant patients.5) Discuss the responsibility of healthcare systems in promoting community health and reducing disparities
