We will be discussing cerebral amyloid angiopathy related inflammation.

Objectives
Correlate the neurologic examination, clinical course, and neuroimaging findings to recognize CAA-related inflammation and localize the affected vascular territory.
Discuss the differential diagnosis of subacute encephalopathy, seizures, focal neurologic deficits, and asymmetric white matter abnormalities in patients with suspected CAA-RI.
Review the evaluation and management of CAA-related inflammation, including immunosuppressive therapies, follow-up imaging, relapse surveillance, and long-term cerebrovascular risk reduction.
