Description
The Schwartz Center Rounds session are a multidisciplinary forum where caregivers discuss difficult emotional and social issues that arise in caring for patients. A case is presented by a panel of 3 healthcare professionals representing multiple disciplines and points of view. A facilitator then engages the audience in an interactive discussion about the case and participants' shared experiences.

Objectives
To reflect on meaningful patient experience and identify why certain patients have a lasting impact on their personal and professional lives. This discussion will focus on the following: Reflection of meaningful patient experiences, recognizing the emotional effects of patient care, exploring the role of empathy and human connection, identify healthy coping strategies; to discuss how memorable patient stories shape us, and to promote resilience and peer support.
