Description
This presentation will go over diseases caused by blood and tissue parasites along with their epidemiology, clinical presentations, and laboratory work-up as well as public health implications.

Objectives
1. Outline how to prepare for a chemistry platform transition, including collecting uncommon samples for dynamic range testing
2. Describe when and how to inform clinicians about discordant analytes, and how to respond to clinician feedback after go-live
3. Explain how to determine acceptability of precision, method correlation, linearity/analytical measuring range (AMR) and reference interval verification studies
