There are two presentations today designed to increase knowledge and understanding of endocrine pathology, diagnosis, and therapy that can be applied in practice.

Objectives
At the end of the presentation on Hyperthyroidism Guidelines, participants should be able to:
- Diagnose etiology of hyperthyroidism
- Understand treatment guidelines for various forms of hyperthyroidism
At the end of the Bariatric Update presentation, participants should be familiar with:
1. JAMA updates: 5 year data
2. NIDDK-LABS study: 7 year data
3. Low BMI patients
4. Diabetes-Specific procedure selection
