2. Recognize, detect, diagnose, treat and care plan for patients with Alzheimer's Disease and related Dementias

3. Educate families and other caregivers on community resources for Alzheimer's Disease and related Dementias

4. Delineate non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic approaches to managing common, challenging behaviors in patients with Alzheimer's Disease

5. Communicate effectively with patients who have cognitive impairment and their caregivers
