Description
The Psychiatry Outpatient Department PGY-3's will present information on medical & psychiatric consequences of sleep disorders on patients' health & well-being.

Objectives
1. To provide a broad understanding of sleep regulation and basic mechanism of sleep cycle.
2. To discuss and understand the medical and psychiatric consequences of sleep disorders on patients overall health and well being.
3. To learn and understand the direct cost and long term ramifications of untreated insomnia.
