  • 1) Critically evaluate the mechanistic underpinnings of the concept of epileptic networks.
  • 2) Identify the spatial features of epileptiform discharges and their relationship to the seizure onset zone.
  • 3) Interpret epileptiform local field potentials in the context of the neuronal firing during epileptiform events.
