Objectives
1.Discusses the physiologic changes of pregnancy and how they affect risk of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke
2.Review epidemiology and diagnosis of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke in pregnancy and the puerperium
3.Provide recent primary and secondary stroke prevention recommendations during pregnancy, post-postpartum
4.Reviews the recent data and recommendations on hyperacute treatment of pregnancy-related ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes
5.Discuss safety of anti-thrombothic therapy during pregnancy
