Objectives

To learn about secular trends in number of patients and risk for death in those undergoing maintenance dialysis in the United States

To learn about the burden of cardiovascular disease in patients with end-stage kidney disease and evidence-based therapies 

To learn about the symptom burden in patients undergoing maintenance dialysis and evidence-based treatments to relieve the symptom burden
