Severe Asthma: A New Era For Some

Objectives
At the end of this session, the participant should be able to understand the issue of severe uncontrolled asthma in the United States, ways to characterize or phenotype patients with severe asthma, and current classes of available treatments. In addition, the participant will be able to understand the treatment gap for patients who do not fit criteria for treatment regimens and potential mechanisms of their disease, including environmental influences.
