•This program is designed to increase knowledge and understanding of endocrine pathology, diagnosis, and therapy that can be applied in practice.

Objectives

-1-Discuss integration efforts between psychiatry and endocrinology to facilitate self management of chronic diseases.
2-Provide education on the role of health psychology in the management of DM and obesity.
3-Discuss plans to develop an obesity initiative to better target obesity management in our individual settings and work collaboratively across disciplines.
