1. Review the prevalence and outcomes for children exposed to potentially traumatic experiences
2. Understand critical components for psychiatrists to address when caring for children at risk for traumatic stress
3. Identify evidence based trauma treatment strategies and resources designed to support children and families at risk for traumatic stress
