Case presentation of an 83 year old female diagnosed with Invasive Lobular Carcinoma.

Objectives
Describe the role of breast surgery in treatment of Invasive Lobular Carcinoma. Explain recent developments in understanding of diagnosis and treatment of breast related diseases. Describe recent guidelines on management of malignant disease. Discuss recent oncology treatments for malignant breast disease and review radiology reports.
