Description

Cardiothoracic Lung Cancer Tumor Board is an interdisciplinary panel with case studies/presentations on diagnostic workup, prognostic indicators, working stage, clinical guidelines, research protocols, treatment planning, and recommendations for practice in lung cancer.

Objectives

Participants should be able to:

1) Describe plan of care for patients in multidisciplinary setting.

2) Properly stage patients with Lung Cancer according to the National Cancer Registry.

3) Describe the current guidelines for treatment of patients with Lung Cancer according to their stage.

4) Have a basic understanding of chest image interpretation.
