Discussion about impact of COVID-19 pandemic on patients with breast cancer in the USA. Including disruption and delays of patient care due to the pandemic restrictions, infection rate and mortality rate in breast cancer patients, and impact of vaccination in the care of breast cancer patients.

Objectives
1. Impact of COVID pandemic in the daily operations of OR, ambulatory center, and out patient clinics in breast and gynecology services.
2. Implications of COVID pandemic in the care of patients with breast, and gynecological cancers.
3. Lessons we did learn, and what can be done to avoid further secondary effects.
