Description

This lecture will discuss the breadth of anesthetic techniques and strategies utilized by zoo veterinarians. Comparison of anesthetic drug choice, delivery of those meds, monitoring, and recovery techniques among the different taxa will discussed while highlighting the interesting anatomy and physiology of the different taxa.

2) Learn how marked differences in anatomy and physiology impact anesthesia
