Description
The Schwartz Center Rounds session are a multidisciplinary forum where caregivers discuss difficult emotional and social issues that arise in caring for patients. A case is presented by a panel of 3 healthcare professionals representing multiple disciplines and points of view. A facilitator then engages the audience in an interactive discussion about the case and participants' shared experiences.

Objectives
- Provide reflections on saying goodbye through shared experiences in the healthcare setting.
- Cultivate a new appreciation for the transitions that undoubtedly will take place in our clinical work over the course of time.
