Ventriculostomy pressures

Objectives
After the presentation, the learner will be able to:
- Describe the factors that are associated with pressure differences between open and closed ventriculostomies.
- Describe the counter-intuitive phase relationships between the ABP pulse and the ICP pulse.
- Describe the transfer function analysis of the ABP and ICP pulse and how it explains the phase relationships.
