Description
Ulnar wrist pain is a common complaint of patients presenting to the Hand Center. It is easy for the patient to identify a general location of their pain; however, the exact cause of the pain can be very difficult to identify. This presentation will review in detail the complex differential diagnosis of ulnar wrist pain.

Objectives
1. Review the historical complaints related to ulnar wrist pain.
2. Discuss the general physical exam findings associated with ulnar wrist pain.
3. Describe the unique physical exam maneuvers used to diagnose individual exact cause of ulnar wrist pain.
4. Asses the imaging studies used to make the specific diagnosis causing a particular patient's ulnar wrist pain.
5. Teach the attendees the differential diagnosis for ulnar wrist pain.
6. Delineate the treatment options for each diagnosis in the differential.
