Objectives

1. Half of the genome is under circadian regulation. This includes half of all drug targets, metabolizing enzymes, and transporters.
2. The time of day when you take these medicines or have certain procedures can impact how well they work.
3. There are many patients with both recognized and unrecognized circadian sleep disorders disorders.
