Objectives
Identify 2-3 differences between adult and pediatric medication delivery that puts pediatric patients at higher risk of medication errors
Name the six rights essential to safe medication delivery
Identify 2 – 3 techniques in place over any phase of the medication delivery process used locally to prevent pediatric medication errors
