Description
This symposium will highlight Artificial Intelligence and its integration into dementia care. Using robotics to assist with dementia care therapy is truly inspirational and cutting-edge for Clinicians, trainees, and the community at large, including assisted living facilities. Participants will be able to see videos showing robots in action, to learn about the many different ways they can assist in dementia care therapy, from providing simple companionship to giving exercise instructions, and to learn about future research opportunities to support clinical decision making for individuals affects with Alzheimer’s disease.
