The 2026 Resilience Conference: Translational Neuroscience of Resilience - From Molecular Pathways to Clinical Interventions is an interdisciplinary, one-day symposium designed to enhance understanding of resilience across biological, psychological, and clinical domains. Sessions are designed to strengthen interdisciplinary knowledge, promote well-being practices, and translate neuroscience-based resilience research into practical interventions that improve patient and provider outcomes.

Objectives
- Describe key neurobiological and systems level mechanisms that underlie stress and resilience, and explain how these mechanisms relate to stress responses in clinical populations.
- Apply evidence-based mindfulness, wellness, and flourishing strategies to support patient well-being and reduce stress within clinical encounters.
- Recognize signs of burnout trauma exposure, and reduced resilience among patients, trainees, and healthcare staff, and integrate trauma-informed approaches into daily practice.
- Implement resilience-building interventions-such as health coaching, stress-reduction techniques, and structured well-being practices- into clinical workflows to improve patient outcomes and provider functioning.
- Collaborate effectively across disciplines (psychiatry, pediatrics, nursing, social work, behavioral health) to create supportive clinical environments that foster resilience and reduce workplace stressors, including workplace violence.
