We will be discussing the evolution of stroke on imaging.

Objectives
Describe the temporal evolution of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke on CT and MRI, and correlate imaging findings with underlying pathophysiologic changes.
Identify imaging features that distinguish acute, subacute, and chronic infarction, and recognize common pitfalls and stroke mimics.
Discuss how imaging evolution influences clinical decision-making, including acute management, secondary prevention, and prognostication.
