Diagnose menopause and assess symptom burden in primary care settings.

Identify appropriate candidates for hormone therapy (HT)Review treatment options for vasomotor and genitourinary symptoms.
Counsel patients on lifestyle interventions and long-term health after menopause.
Integrate current evidence and guidelines into individualized care plans.
