  1. Describe the biology of the glymphatic system, as it was initially described and characterized in rodent studies.
  2. Describe the corollary data that support the contribution that glymphatic dysfunction makes towards the development of Alzheimer’s disease.
  3. Describe the potential utility of targeting glymphatic dysfunction in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
