Description

Through this presentation, the aim is to highlight the role an anesthesia provider has in all levels of care of the patient, and namely in a high incidence, yet highly preventable never event in the hospital. Through understanding the various risk factors and existing tools for stratifying these patients in all age brackets, this case presentation aims to reinforce the importance of systematically addressing this issue.
