Description
Learn how to create inclusive and accessible presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. This hands-on workshop covers best practices for designing slides that are readable and navigable for everyone participating in a presentation. Participants will learn to apply alt text to images, set headers to slides, and use Microsoft's Accessibility Assistant.

Objectives
Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Locate and use the Accessibility Assistant in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT).
- Set slide titles and edit the reading order to create a logical document structure.
- Develop properly formatted lists using built-in tools.
- Create new and edit AI-generated alternative text (alt text) for images to describe their content and function.
- Format accessible tables.
- Check that text is readable by using sufficient color contrast
