Objectives
- Describe the differences between Chiari 0, Chiari I, Chiari 1.5 and Chiari II
- Describe the symptomatology accepted as part of the Chiari spectrum and the differences between pediatric and adult presentations
- Discuss indications for surgery in symptomatic Chiari I
- Discuss different surgical strategies in the management of symptomatic Chiari I
