Grand Rounds Lecture on Allergy/Immunology Update 2024

Objectives

1. To discuss recent developments in food allergy, including the approval of omalizumab for use in food allergy and long-term follow-up of the LEAP study (Learning Early about Peanut)

2. To familiarize audience with the use of novel delivery systems for epinephrine in anaphylaxis and the increased availability of stock epinephrine in public venues and airplanes.

3. To describe newly approved medications for Eosinophilic Esophagitis.
