Description
Learners in clinical teams are inherently multilevel, encompassing medical students, interns, residents, and often fellows. In this workshop, participants will identify key barriers to multilevel teaching and explore practical, evidence-based strategies to navigate the challenges of engaging multiple levels of learners simultaneously during clinical rounds. Through case-based illustration and discussion, attendees will gain actionable tools to enhance inclusivity and educational impact in their bedside teaching, while maintaining clinical efficiency.

Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the key challenges to multilevel teaching during clinical rounds
2. Recognize core pedagogical principles relevant to teaching multiple levels of learners simultaneously in the clinical environment.
3. Explore a range of multilevel teaching strategies and identify those most effective for engaging diverse learners
4. Apply selected strategies to real-time clinical teaching scenarios.
5. Reflect on their own teaching practices and identify opportunities to integrate multi level strategies into their clinical routine.
