Objectives

At the end of this activity, participants should be better able to understand the interdisciplinary concerns of physicians taking care head and neck cancer patients and thyroid cancer patients. They should better understand the pathology, radiology. radiation oncology and medical oncology and surgical approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases and as well understand better the ancillary support services such speech pathology, swallow therapy, endocrinology, dental rehabilitation, prosthetics, etc.
