Objectives
1. Describe the current landscape of addiction care, including prevalence rates and gaps between ideal and actual care delivery
2. Analyze the barriers preventing effective delivery of addiction treatment in hospital settings
3. Evaluate evidence-based models for integrating addiction care into hospital settings, with particular emphasis on the Substance Use Treatment and Recovery Team
4. Discuss strategies to overcome challenges in implementing comprehensive addiction care.
