Objectives
1. Provide an overview of Breast Cancer Epidemiology with attention to screening breast imaging and the role it plays in trends in Breast Cancer incidence and survival
2. Define different levels of risk for Breast Cancer and review current guidelines for Breast Cancer surveillance for females at an average and at elevated risk
3. Discuss new approaches to risk assessment and perspectives on personalized rather than general screening recommendations
4. Breast Cancer screening in special populations: elderly and transgender patients
5. Review novel breast imaging techniques and their use at Stony Brook for monitoring response to treatment in patients with breast cancer
