  2. Provide an algorithmic approach to classifying and diagnosing primary headache disorders
  3. Review diagnostic criteria for chronic migraine and other types of primary chronic daily headache
  4. Review risk factors for migraine chronification
  5. Provide an overview on how to formulate a multidisciplinary treatment plan
