Description
We will be discussing a 65-year-old patient, who is being worked up for autoimmune/RA CNS Disease, who presented with focal seizures.

Objectives
Develop a structured approach to a first-time seizure in older adult, including key history, exam findings, and initial workup.
Identify common etiologies on new-onset seizures in this age group, including structural, metabolic, and medication-related causes.
Outline initial management and disposition, including when to start antiseizure medication and when to pursue further neurologic evaluation.
